Prices and Projects.
The tier prices on this site are ranges to help you plan. They are not an offer, and they are not a quote. Your price is set after the consult, once the scope is clear.
Every project starts with a written agreement that fixes the scope, the price, the timeline, and the revisions before any work begins. That agreement governs the project. Where it and this page differ, the agreement wins.
Booking a consult or sending the contact form commits you to nothing, and it does not commit us to taking on the project.
Concept Work.
The concept sites under Work are fictional brands Prism made to show range. The businesses, people, products, prices, and hours on them are invented. None of them is a real business, and none is a client.
Nothing on a concept site can be bought, booked, or submitted. Those controls are there for show and collect nothing.
Using This Site.
The writing, design, code, screenshots, and concept work on this site belong to Prism Creative LLC. You are welcome to read, share, and link to any page. Please do not copy the work, in whole or in large part, and present it as your own.
Do not use the site in a way that harms it or other people, such as sending spam through the contact form or trying to break in.
What We Can Promise.
We work to keep this site accurate and online, but we provide it as is. We cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Prism Creative is not liable for losses that come from using this site. Links to other sites are for convenience, and we are not responsible for what they say or do.
Changes and Questions.
If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top moves. The laws of the State of Arizona govern these terms.
