Three Tiers. Fixed Scope. Fixed Price.
Pick the tier that fits where your business is now. Each one runs the same structured process inside a single fixed price package.
Three tiers. One process behind every one.
Each tier runs the same structured process. The depth and scope differ. Pick the tier that fits where your business is now.
Starter
$750 to $1,500
For the new business that needs to look legitimate now.
A landing page and a basic brand kit that make a new business look like a real business. Live in five days.
If you are starting a service business, you need to look legitimate from day one. The Starter tier ships the foundation. A single page that converts, a brand kit that holds, and the SEO basics that put you on the map.
Landing page built from scratch in Next.js. Mobile first, fast loading, conversion structured.
Basic brand kit covering logo direction, colors, fonts, and voice tone, sized for a small business launching from zero.
Profile setup for one social platform with bio copy and the first ten posts planned out.
Basic SEO foundations: page meta tags, OG tags, sitemap, robots.txt, plus Google Business Profile setup.
Mobile responsive layout tested at 375px, 768px, and 1280px.
Five day turnaround from kickoff to live site.
Every Starter project runs through the same structured multi specialist process the larger tiers use. You get strategy, copy, design, and build in a single fixed price package. The process is visible to you from day one.
Launch
$1,500 to $3,000
For the established business that needs to look like one.
A multi page site, a full brand system, a thirty day content calendar, and a platform specific social strategy. Shipped in one to two weeks.
If your business has been running for a few years and your current site is dated, not converting, or off brand, the Launch tier is built for you. It ships the full system from positioning through promotion in one fixed price package.
Multi page site (three to five pages built from scratch in Next.js).
Full brand identity system covering logo, colors, type, voice, and written guidelines.
Website copywriting for every page.
Thirty day content calendar covering one or two platforms with topic, format, and post copy.
Platform specific social strategy with channel rationale, posting cadence, and engagement playbook.
Conversion structured design across every page with intentional CTAs.
GA4 plus Google Search Console setup, with the property registered to your account.
Google Business Profile setup or audit, and SEO foundations (meta, OG, sitemap, robots.txt).
Shipped in one to two weeks from kickoff.
Every Launch project runs the same structured multi specialist process across discovery, strategy, design, build, and hardening. We fix scope before work begins. We define every revision in writing.
Growth
$3,000 to $5,000
For the ambitious startup building to compete from day one.
Everything in Launch, plus a paid ad campaign setup, conversion tracking, and a ninety day growth plan. Shipped in two to three weeks.
If you are building a brand to compete with larger players from day one, the Growth tier ships everything in Launch plus the paid acquisition layer, the conversion tracking layer, and the ninety day measurement plan. You launch with momentum, not just a site. Every asset, every dashboard, and every credential is yours from day one. No agency lock in, no hidden retainer.
Everything in the Launch tier.
Paid ad campaign setup on one platform (Google Ads or Meta Ads) with creative direction, ad copy, and targeting.
Conversion tracking and measurement setup with named events for the primary actions on your site.
Ninety day growth plan with named metrics, milestone targets, monthly review cadence, and a clear handoff document at the end of engagement.
Competitor analysis and positioning brief.
Monthly performance review framework with a written report you can run yourself or hand off.
Shipped in two to three weeks from kickoff.
Growth projects run the full structured multi specialist process end to end, including a ninety day measurement plan with named metrics and review cadence. You own every asset, every dashboard, and every credential the day you launch.
How a project actually runs.
Every Prism project runs through the same five stages, whether your tier is Starter, Launch, or Growth. The depth and scope change. The process does not.
- 1
Discovery.
We map who you are selling to, what they want, and where the market is leaving money on the table. You give us context. We give you back a written summary of who the work is built for and what success means inside ninety days.
- 2
Strategy and brand.
Positioning, voice, palette, and type all locked before a single pixel ships. You sign off in writing on the strategic direction and the brand system. No surprises in the build.
- 3
Foundation.
We build the design system and the page scaffolds in code. No templates. No page builders. Every component is purpose built for your brand on the locked design tokens.
- 4
Build and quality check.
Each page is composed from the design system and tested at three breakpoints before the next page starts. If a page is not right, it returns to the build step. Pages ship clean or they do not ship.
- 5
Launch.
We deploy to production, install analytics, hand over every credential and dashboard, and stay available for the first two weeks after launch. You own every asset the day the site goes live.
Every stage runs in the same package. No upsells, no retainer surprises after launch. The price you sign on day one is the price you pay.
What Prism does not do at launch.
Prism is a new agency on its first launch. The four page scope is deliberate. Here is what is not in scope at launch.
Portfolio. No public portfolio yet. The launch site is the live work we point to. Portfolio ships once two or three real engagements are complete and documentable.
Ecommerce. No shopping cart, checkout, or product catalog at launch. If your business needs an online store, we will refer you out.
Blog at launch. No blog or content management system included. The launch site is content directed and conversion focused. Blogs ship in a later engagement.
Multiple languages. English only at launch. International or multilingual sites are scoped per project as a custom engagement.
Commercial focus. US small businesses, professional practices, and consumer brands. No government or enterprise sites at launch.
